In southwest Florida, between Fort Myers and Naples, the community of Estero has remained a primarily residential community. The community is home to large retail complexes including the Miromar Design Center and Miromark Outlets as well as several large malls and mixed-use communities. Estero Bay separates Estero from many of the nearby Gulf of Mexico beaches, but residents and visitors to the area can take advantage of several beaches within a 35-minute drive.
